Healthy Eating Day: Theme is "You are what you eat!"
Everything you eat becomes a part of not only your inner being, but the outer fabric of your body as well. Eating a healthy, balanced diet provides nutrients to your body.
These nutrients give you energy and keep your heart beating, your brain active, and your muscles working.
We want everyone to be healthy. When we eat healthy, we can continue to live productive lives. We promote this type of event so we can become more health conscious and boost our morale and energy.
